1. Nethram is invite only. You must be 18 or older. One email address is one person; you may not hold more than one account.
2. You have 5 slots. Each is filled by inviting a real person you know, with a truthful reason. Inviting addresses you scraped, bought or do not personally know is a breach, and we remove accounts that do it.
3. A person can be added once. The first accepted invitation keeps them. We do not move people between trees on request.
4. Asks use credits, 3 a month. A reply or a pass within 14 days returns the credit; silence spends it. Recipients owe you nothing. Harassment, repeated Asks after a pass, or impersonation lead to removal.
5. A member may cut someone on their line; the cut is permanent and severs that person and everyone below them from the member and everything above the member. Three cuts in 90 days pause your Asks for 90 days.
6. The person who added you may release your slot if you have not used Nethram for 90 days. You keep your account and your own tree, and someone else may add you.
7. Slots, positions and access are never sold or transferred. If paid slots are introduced, they will be a purchase of an additional slot from Nethram only, never from another member.
8. You may leave at any time from Settings. Your profile and address are erased; a placeholder keeps the tree shape. You may rejoin later through a fresh invitation.
9. The service is provided as is, without warranty, and may change or close. Indian law applies.
